Marian Sabety, CEO
Marian is passionate about helping new ventures become successful, by advising and as an active investor. Marian launched YFonGlobal, a VoIP calling service offering free-calling for private on-net subscribers. With $2M in venture funding, the company was launched 18 months before Skype was introduced. Marian raised $3M in venture funding for Wyndstorm, offering online social IPTV to stream live events. Marian has held senior executive positions at AT&T, United Technologies, US West, Sprint, Cap Gemini, American Management Systems (CGI), SAIC, and Stanford Research Institute (SRI). The common thread throughout her career, has been managing cross-functional teams to create new business ventures, based on edge technologies, R&D commercialization, or joint ventures. Marian advises companies in evaluating strategic technology investments, and facilitates strategic business initiatives reliant on technology IP. Marian is a member of Sand Hill Angels, in Palo Alto, CA.
Marian holds a B.S. in Biology from Columbia University, an M.A. in Biology from University of Maryland, and an M.B.A from University of Southern California.

Lee Hamilton, CTO
Lee is an executive advisor to ventures in innovative streaming media tech, web services and mobile apps, and content production emphasizing digital health, education, cause, and entertainment. Lee is an expert in streaming media workflow and scalable SaaS/PaaS architectures, MVP strategy, financial and market modeling, and lean operations.
Lee has held executive, and technology leadership roles at a range of companies from large enterprises such as Stanford Research Institute, Siemens Medical and a Pixar-Phillips Medical JV; as well as a number of ventures in digital health, streaming media and personal wellness. Lee was a founder of Wyndstorm - a company that pioneered the integration of social media with web video streaming of live events.
Lee is currently applying his combined technology, marketing and finance expertise to identify and facilitate the launch of new companies with disruptive and high-growth potential. Lee is a shareholder and active advisor in several current early stage ventures.
Lee holds two Master's Degrees in Computer Science, and in Marine Biology, and a B.S. with honors in Zoology.

Dean Lewis, CFO
Dean is actively engaged in new venture assessment, creating value and managing financial risk in the fields of healthcare, life science and online education. He is a member of the Adjunct Faculty at Georgetown University, teaching Entrepreneurial Biotechnology. For 15 years he did international M&A transactions for Lloyds Merchant Bank, New Zealand, and International Finance Corporation worldwide. He co-founded a Maryland biotech company that went on to sell for $189 million and has spent the past seven years guiding and advising biopharmaceutical commercialization for the City of Incheon, Korea; BADIR, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; Rhone-Alps Incubators, Lyon, France; National University of Singapore, Singapore; and Wallonia Science Parks, Belgium. He recently completed assisting the formation of a Texas-based telemedicine company. He continues to provide advice to startups and their investors in the US and internationally.
Dean holds an M.A. in economics from Leeds University, England; a B.A. in economics from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand; and a certificate from Stanford University in Finance, a Program for Management Development.
